It can take up to four weeks for our book critics to write a review, though this process can be shortened if you’re releasing a new version of your book and can provide us with an advance copy.

An “Amazon Verified Purchase” review indicates that the author of the review bought the product on Amazon. It also means that they purchased the product at full price without a discount. Unverified reviews mean that the reviewers did not purchase the product on the Amazon marketplace. Note that Amazon has and can remove any review for any reason. We work with book readers and critics who love to read and review books but have no control of what Amazon does in the end.

You can cancel your order for a full refund up to 24 hours before the book promotion starts. However, we do not offer refunds for any packages that have already been started.
